Request for Proposals

Each year the Center for Research and Education in Wind (CREW) issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) under its Shared Research Program. CREW investigators are eligible to submit seed research grant proposals. In addition, CREW may issue RFPs from time to time for special research efforts, educational courses, sponsored research projects, or federally-funded research. The RFP process allows CREW investigators to propose their best research ideas; those who are providing funding can identify a robust set of interested researchers.
CREW intends to host symposia or other types of research workshops at its annual meeting held each year at the campus of one of the Collaboratory Institutions. This will provide an opportunity for CREW members and others to learn about cutting-edge wind energy research. See Events on the CREW home page for information about upcoming events.
